Who’s Eligible?

Individuals whose household income is up to 200% of federal poverty level
Approximate per-month income:
Single person—$2608
Two people—$3525
Family of four—$5458

Required documentation:
- Current prescription (or medical order)
- Proof of household income up to 200% of the federal poverty level for the past 30 days for all household members 18 years of age and older.
- Social Security card, ITIN card, or other document (birth certificate, consular ID, etc.) for all household members 18 years of age and older.
- Photo Identification for all household members 18 years of age and older.
- Proof of address for past 30 days.

Each individual may receive one service date within a 12-month period with a maximum of $1,800 in services within a lifetime.

Clients must reside in the one of the following counties to be eligible for AccessKC services:
Missouri—Cass, Clay, Jackson, Platte or Ray county
Kansas—Johnson, Leavenworth or Wyandotte county.
