Meet Jolanta Liu, a visionary leader renowned for her transformative impact on organizations through strategic program management and consulting. With a proven track record of overcoming complex challenges, Jolanta excels in guiding teams towards long-term goals and enhancing operational efficiency.
In her current role as Vice President of AccessKC at AcruxKC, Jolanta leverages her extensive experience to drive meaningful change. Previously, she served as Director of Grants and Development Ops at United Way of Greater Kansas City, where she led strategic grant management efforts and collaborated with influential stakeholders including the Hall Family Foundation, Bloch Family Foundation, and Siemer Institute. Her initiatives significantly supported low-income households in the community.
Prior to her nonprofit leadership, Jolanta held senior management positions within the judicial system, where she directed programs such as the Bureau of Justice Assistance Veteran Treatment Court Program and oversaw multiple juvenile justice accreditation programs. Her tenure was marked by driving substantial policy changes and operational improvements.
Jolanta's academic achievements include an MA in International Relations and Affairs from Washington University in St. Louis, along with double BAs in Political Science and French. Her deep understanding of government and nonprofit administration, coupled with cross-cultural adaptability gained from international experiences, underscores her commitment to building sustainable communities.
